How it works
1. Fill out a job order form or give me a quick call to understand your role, pay, schedule, and culture
2. Sign my Recruiting Services Agreement form
3. You receive a shortlist of qualified candidates
4. You choose who to interview and hire
5. If it does not work out in the first 60 days, I help you replace the candidate(s) under our agreement

Simple Terms
I only charge if you hire someone explicitly through me, and you are free to work with other recruiting services or source candidates of your own.
Simple Pricing
Full time roles: 10 percent of first year salary
Part time roles: 10 percent of estimated yearly salary, 500 dollar minimum
EXAMPLE: estimate for placement fee
A dental assistant hired at $39,000/year at 10% — placement fee = $3,900. A part-time front desk hire at $4,500/year (calculated by hours needed x hourly wage x 52 weeks) — placement fee = $500 (minimum fee applies).
Replacement Search Guarantee
I also give a 60 day replacement search if the hire does not work out, under the terms in my service agreement.

About the Founder
Local Health Recruiting is run by me, Michael Luther. I am a business student at the University of Central Florida, and I started this service to help local medical and dental offices with one of the hardest parts of running a clinic: finding reliable people.
I know hiring can take a lot of time away from patients, staff, and daily operations. My goal is to help make that process easier by handling outreach, first conversations, and basic screening before candidates are sent your way.
