Simple Pricing
Full time roles: 10 percent of first year salary
Part time roles: 10 percent of estimated yearly salary, 500 dollar minimum
EXAMPLE:
A Dental Assistant hired at $39,000/year at 10% — Placement Fee = $3,900. A part-time Front Desk hire at $4,500/year (calculated by hours needed x hourly wage x 52 weeks) — Placement Fee = $500 (minimum fee applies).
Replacement Search Guarantee
I also give a 60 day replacement search if the hire does not work out, under the terms in our written agreement.

About the Founder
Local Health Recruiting is run by me, Michael Luther. I am a business student at the University of Central Florida and I run a small recruiting service for local medical and dental clinics. I focus on finding reliable front desk staff, medical assistants, and dental assistants who want to stay with a clinic for a long time. I handle the outreach, first calls, and basic screening so clinic owners only spend time meeting strong candidates. My goal is to make hiring easier for local clinics while I build my skills in business and psychology.
