How You Are Protected

• Social Security number, bank details, full date of birth, and medical information will not be shared unless specifically requested and you give separate written permission.

Your finances:

• You will never be charged a fee for recruiting services.

Your rights:

• You can request a copy of the information on file about you.

• You can request deletion of your data, subject to legal and record keeping limits in the agreement.

• You can update or limit your stated preferences at any time in writing.
