How You Are Protected

Your profile and identifying information

• Local Health Recruiting LLC may create and share a non-identifying candidate profile with potential employers for opportunities that reasonably match your stated preferences.

• A non-identifying profile may include general experience, qualifications, credentials, compensation preferences, availability, and general location or commute area.

• Your name, direct contact information, full resume, current employer name, photograph, license number, and other information reasonably likely to identify you are not intentionally included in the non-identifying profile.

• Before Local Health Recruiting LLC shares your identifying information with a specific employer, you will be told the specific employer and opportunity and asked for your written approval.

• Written approval may be provided by email, text message, electronic form, or another written electronic communication.

• You may identify employers that Local Health Recruiting LLC should not contact concerning you.

• Your current employer will not knowingly be contacted about you without your specific written approval.

Your job preferences

• Your stated preferences are the preferences you provide to Local Health Recruiting LLC in writing, including through an intake form, email, text message, or another written electronic communication.

• You may update your preferences at any time.

• If newer written preferences conflict with older ones, your most recent written preferences control.

• Local Health Recruiting LLC will not knowingly make an identifying submission outside your stated preferences without your separate written approval.

Your choices and control

• You may update your job preferences, add blocked employers, or revoke authorization for future non-identifying profiles or identifying submissions at any time by written notice.

• Changes apply going forward and do not undo a submission that was already authorized and completed before Local Health Recruiting LLC received your notice.

• You may decline any opportunity.

• You may apply directly to employers on your own.

• You may work with other recruiters.

• You may stop working with Local Health Recruiting LLC at any time.

• You are not exclusive to Local Health Recruiting LLC. LHR Candidate Consent Agreement.

Your communications

• Local Health Recruiting LLC may contact you by phone, email, or text about job opportunities, interviews, scheduling, documents, and recruiting updates.

• This permission is limited to recruiting-related communications and does not authorize unrelated marketing messages.

• You may opt out of text messages at any time as provided in the agreement.

• Receiving text messages is not a condition of receiving recruiting services.

Your sensitive information

• Local Health Recruiting LLC does not need your Social Security number, banking information, full date of birth, medical records, or similar highly sensitive information for ordinary recruiting services.

• You should not send that information unless Local Health Recruiting LLC specifically explains why it is legally or operationally necessary and you separately agree.

• When an employer or screening provider requires sensitive information, you should ordinarily provide it directly to that employer or provider.

• Local Health Recruiting LLC may redact, securely delete, or decline to retain unnecessary sensitive information.

Your finances

• You will not be charged a recruiting or placement fee by Local Health Recruiting LLC for the services covered by the agreement.

• Local Health Recruiting LLC may receive a recruiting or placement fee from an employer if you are hired.

• An employer-paid fee does not create any payment obligation for you.

• You are never required to accept a job or opportunity presented through Local Health Recruiting LLC.

Your privacy and records

• Local Health Recruiting LLC uses reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information it maintains about you.

• Your information is used for legitimate recruiting, placement, business administration, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

• You may request a copy of personal information reasonably maintained on file.

• You may request correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business, legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution needs.

• Information already provided to an employer cannot necessarily be recalled, and Local Health Recruiting LLC cannot force an employer to delete its copy.

• As a general practice, inactive candidate profiles may be reviewed for deletion or anonymization after three years without meaningful recruiting activity, subject to legitimate reasons for longer retention.

Your hiring relationship

• Any employment relationship is directly between you and the employer.

• The employer controls compensation, duties, scheduling, supervision, benefits, workplace rules, discipline, safety, hiring, and termination.

• Local Health Recruiting LLC is not your employer, payroll provider, employer of record, co-employer, or supervisor.

• You should independently review an employer and confirm important job terms before accepting an offer.

What Local Health Recruiting LLC may ask from you

• You should provide truthful and complete information to the best of your knowledge and correct material errors or changes.

• You should keep required licenses, certifications, registrations, education, experience, and work authorization current when applicable.

• You should make reasonable efforts to keep Local Health Recruiting LLC informed about important hiring activity resulting from an LHR introduction, such as interviews, offers, accepted offers, start dates, and the actual start of work.

• If an employer contacts you directly after Local Health Recruiting LLC shared your non-identifying profile, or you reasonably believe the employer identified you from that profile, you should let Local Health Recruiting LLC know.

• Failing to provide an update does not by itself create a placement fee or payment obligation for you.

Ending the recruiting relationship

• You may end the recruiting relationship at any time by written notice.

• Ending the relationship stops future submissions after Local Health Recruiting LLC receives your notice.

• Ending the relationship does not undo submissions that were previously authorized and completed.

• Local Health Recruiting LLC may close an inactive candidate file and may later resume services with your written confirmation of current preferences.
